On the occasion of the World Maritime Day 2026, OneCare Group is hosting a 60-minute online panel discussion aligned with the IMO 2026–2027 theme, “From Policy to Practice: Powering Maritime Excellence.” The webinar will explore the human side of implementation, focusing on the gap that exists between maritime policies and procedures on paper and the realities experienced by seafarers onboard.
The webinar aims to bring together different industry perspectives, and explore how maritime organisations can ensure that policies do more than demonstrate compliance, but they make a meaningful difference to the people they are designed to protect.
